- Supervise daily hotel operations, front desk, housekeeping, maintenance coordination and staff discipline.
- Maintain cleanliness, service quality and guest satisfaction.
- Develop room sales through corporate clients, travel agencies, repeat guests and direct marketing.
- Achieve monthly occupancy, room revenue and sales targets set by management.
- Monitor reservations, room rates, operating costs and purchasing procedures.
- Train staff, resolve guest complaints and submit daily operational and sales reports.
- Required Skills: Leadership, sales development, negotiation, computer literacy, hotel PMS knowledge, reporting and problem-solving.
- Candidates must demonstrate a strong commitment to measurable sales growth and operational improvement.
Requirements
- Age 28 to 40 years
- Minimum 3–5 years in hotel operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
Educational Requirement
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Hospitality Management
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
Experience
- 3 to 5 years
