Job Responsibilities
(ONLY HOTEL RELATED PERSONNEL WILL BE CALLED).GRAND GROUP — URGENT RECRUITMENTPosition: Group Housekeeping Supervisor — 1 PostWorkplace: All 3 Hotels, ChattogramKey Responsibilities:
- Supervise housekeeping teams across all 3 hotels.
- Train staff in room cleaning, bed-making, hygiene and professional standards.
- Inspect guest rooms, bathrooms and public areas regularly.
- Ensure timely room readiness and resolve cleanliness issues.
- Control linen, amenities, cleaning supplies and wastage.
- Submit daily inspection reports and improve guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Age 28 to 47 years
- Age: Preferably 28–45 years; Male or Female.
- Experience: 3–5 years in hotel housekeeping, including supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership, training and inspection skills.
Educational Requirement
- Higher Secondary
- Minimum HSC; housekeeping training preferred.
Experience
- 5 to 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel
