- Prepare quality food with consistent taste, presentation and portion sizes.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety and proper food storage.
- Follow approved menus and preparation standards.
- Control ingredient usage, food costs and wastage.
- Coordinate stock and purchasing requirements with management.
- Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure timely food service.
Requirements
- Age 25 to 40 years
- Minimum 3 years in a hotel or restaurant kitchen.
Educational Requirement
- Secondary
- Education: Minimum SSC; culinary training or certification preferred.
Experience
- At least 3 years
