Job Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, store, and issue raw materials, packaging materials, and other supplies in accordance with approved SOPs and GMP requirements.
- Maintain proper material identification, labeling, and segregation according to quarantine, approved, rejected, and other applicable statuses.
- Ensure appropriate storage conditions and maintain temperature and humidity records, where required.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Production, and Supply Chain departments to ensure proper material sampling, verification of material status, and issuance of materials only with the appropriate approved status during dispensing.
- Ensure material issuance follows the FIFO and FEFO principles, as applicable.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, material traceability, stock reconciliation, and material movement documentation.
- Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and material availability to support uninterrupted production planning.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, safe material handling, and compliance with applicable GMP and warehouse requirements.
- Support inventory verification, internal audits, and regulatory inspections.
Requirements
- Age At most 30 years
- Relevant experience in pharmaceutical warehousing, inventory management, or material handling will be preferred.
- Experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical facility will be an advantage.
- Good organizational, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Computer proficiency, including MS Office applications and inventory management systems, where applicable.
Educational Requirement
- B.Pharm/M.Pharm from a reputed university with a sound academic record.
