Job Responsibilities
- Operate sterile manufacturing and packaging equipment, including ampoule/vial washing machines, sterilization and depyrogenation tunnels, filling and sealing machines, vial capping machines, and lyophilizers, as applicable.
- Perform machine setup, changeover, line clearance, and routine operational checks according to approved SOPs.
- Monitor critical process parameters and ensure that equipment operates within approved limits.
- Maintain equipment logbooks, batch-related records, machine operating records, and other required documentation.
- Coordinate with Production, QA, and Engineering departments to resolve equipment malfunctions and operational issues.
- Support equipment qualification, validation, and aseptic process simulation activities, as applicable.
- Follow cleanroom gowning procedures, aseptic practices, contamination control measures, and cGMP requirements.
- Ensure safe equipment operation and promptly report breakdowns, abnormalities, and maintenance requirements.
Requirements
- Age At most 35 years
- Relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment operation will be preferred.
- Experience with sterile injectable manufacturing equipment will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of machine setup, operation, troubleshooting, and GMP documentation.
Educational Requirement
- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a relevant engineering discipline from a recognized institution.
