Job Responsibilities
- . Operate, monitor, and maintain assigned utility systems, including HVAC, BMS, generators, substations, and associated equipment.
- Monitor HVAC parameters, including temperature, relative humidity, differential pressure, and other critical environmental conditions, as applicable.
- Monitor BMS readings, alarms, trends, and system performance to maintain the required environmental conditions.
- Monitor generators, substations, electrical distribution systems, and associated protection and control systems, as applicable.
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and breakdown maintenance.
- Maintain utility logbooks, equipment operating records, maintenance reports, and other required documentation.
- Coordinate with service providers and relevant departments during installation, maintenance, testing, and qualification activities.
- Support utility qualification, requalification, calibration, and performance verification activities.
- Follow electrical safety procedures, permit-to-work requirements, lockout/tagout procedures, and applicable GMP requirements.
Requirements
- Age At most 35 years
- Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities, particularly sterile facilities, will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of HVAC/BMS or electrical power systems, according to the assigned area.
- Computer proficiency for operational monitoring, reporting, and maintenance documentation.
Educational Requirement
- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Power, or a relevant engineering discipline from a recognized institution, depending on the assigned utility area.
Experience
- 4 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies
