Job Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-formulation studies and develop, optimize and evaluate formulations for new and existing pharmaceutical products.
- Perform laboratory, pilot and scale-up batches and support technology transfer to commercial production.
- Conduct stability studies, evaluate results and prepare stability protocols, reports and related technical documents.
- Investigate and resolve formulation, manufacturing, process and product stability-related issues.
- Develop and validate analytical methods and prepare relevant technical documents for product evaluation and regulatory submission.
- Prepare and maintain product development documents, including product specifications, master formula, BMR, BPR, validation protocols and reports.
- Prepare product dossiers, recipes, annexures and supporting documents for DGDA registration, renewal and post-registration changes.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Production, Regulatory Affairs and other relevant departments to ensure successful product development and commercialization.
- Ensure all product development activities comply with cGMP, applicable regulatory requirements and approved SOPs.
Requirements
- Age At most 30 years
- Practical knowledge of formulation development, stability studies and pharmaceutical product development.
- Computer proficiency, including MS Office applications and professional email communication.
Educational Requirement
- M.Pharm/B.Pharm from any reputed university with sound academic records.
Experience
- 1 to 5 years
