Property Preservation Coordinator (Work Order Coordinator)

Job Responsibilities:- Receive and process work orders from US clients' portals (inspections, lock changes, trash-outs, winterization, lawn care, repairs and cleaning).- Assign jobs to US field contractors and track every job until completion.- Communicate with contractors and clients by phone, email and chat to keep jobs on schedule.- Check that before / during / after photos and job notes meet client requirements.- Upload completed work orders, photos and invoices to client portals on time.- Keep the job tracker and daily status report up to date.Shift: Night Shift (7:30 PM – 5:00 AM)

Additional Requirements- Fluent in American English (speaking and writing).- Strong attention to detail and good time management.- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and email.- Ability to handle multiple jobs and deadlines at the same time.- Flexibility to work according to US time zones and holidays.

Educational & Experience Requirements- Minimum HSC or equivalent; graduates preferred.- Freshers with strong English and computer skills are encouraged to apply.- Experience in property preservation, mortgage field services or US back-office work is a strong advantage.
