Job Responsibilities
Zeaul Tech is growing its BPO & Call Centre division and looking for friendly, patient and English-fluent individuals to join us as Customer Support Representatives, handling inbound and outbound calls for our US-based clients.Shift: Night Shift (7:30 PM – 5:00 AM)Job Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls from US customers and resolve their questions politely and accurately.
- Make outbound calls for follow-ups, appointment setting, confirmations and customer surveys.
- Handle live chat and email support when assigned.
- Log every call, ticket and outcome correctly in the CRM / client system.
- Follow call scripts, quality guidelines and data-privacy rules at all times.
- Escalate complex issues to the Team Leader on time.
- Meet daily targets for calls handled, response time and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Previous call centre or customer service experience is an advantage.
- English Medium background preferred.
- Fluent in American English with a clear, neutral accent.
- Good listening skills, patience and a positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing speed of at least 30 WPM.
- Ability to stay calm and professional with difficult callers.
- Flexibility to work according to US time zones and holidays.
Educational Requirement
- Minimum HSC or equivalent preferred (not mandatory for strong English speakers).
