Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly and annual fabric sales targets through new customer development and existing customer management.
Develop new business opportunities and generate confirmed orders from garment manufacturers, buying houses, apparel exporters, textile mills, and other bulk fabric buyers.
Maintain and expand a strong customer portfolio to ensure sustainable sales growth and repeat business.
Handle the complete sales cycle, including customer inquiries, fabric sourcing, quotation preparation, price negotiation, order confirmation, delivery coordination, and payment follow-up.
Develop a thorough understanding of fabric composition, construction, GSM, quality, dyeing, printing, finishing, costing, and market pricing.
Build long-term business relationships with key customers and identify opportunities to increase sales volume and profitability.
Coordinate with merchandising, sourcing, production, R&D, quality, commercial, and logistics teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitors, customer requirements, and fabric price fluctuations to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare sales forecasts, customer development plans, pipeline reports, and periodic sales performance updates for management.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, order quantities, specifications, and delivery schedules while maintaining the company`s commercial interests.
Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with customers and the accounts team for timely collection of receivables.
Take ownership of assigned sales targets, customer development, revenue growth, and overall business performance.
For Assistant Manager candidates, lead and support the sales team, monitor individual performance, and implement strategies to achieve departmental targets.

Requirements

Age 25 to 35 years
Only Male

We are specifically looking for candidates who have:

7-9 years of proven experience in fabric sales/marketing, preferably in textile trading.
A strong existing customer base and active buyer network.
Demonstrable history of generating high-volume fabric sales.
Ability to bring immediate business/orders after joining.
Strong connections with garment factories, exporters, buying houses and fabric buyers.
Excellent knowledge of fabric quality, construction, GSM, composition, dyeing/finishing, pricing and market practices.
Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-management skills.
Strong commercial understanding and business-development capability.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of a large sales target.
Strong leadership and team-management capabilities.
Experience: 5-9 years of proven experience
Should be a long-term planner.
Excellent in English communications both writing & speaking
Strong analytical skills
