Job Responsibilities
- Fareast Islami Life Insurance Company Limited, a public listed company engaged in Life Insurance business on the basis of Islamic Shariah in the private sector is looking for Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Requirements
- Age 45 to 60 years
- Age: Not less than 45 years and not more than 60 years
- Experience: 15 years of experience in life insurance company (should have at least 02 years to the immediate lower post of CEO)
- Proven track record as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) within a distinguished life insurance company is highily preferred, demonstrating expertise in managing and leading within the industry.
- Proven ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and ensure compliance with industry standards and legal requirements.
- Proficiency in succession planning strategies and implementation ensuring a robust pipeline of talent within the organization.
- Other qualifications as mentioned in the SRO No. 375-Law/2012 dated 04th November 2012 & SRO No. 338-Law/2023 dated 12th December 2023
Educational Requirement
- Bachelor`s and Master`s degrees in any discipline with a minimum of 2nd class or equivalent CGPA from a ercognized university.
Experience
- At least 15 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Insurance, Share Brokerage/ Securities House
