Job Responsibilities
- Ensure monthly sales target achievement for all retail showrooms within the assigned zone.
- Monitor daily showroom sales performance and take necessary actions to achieve monthly targets.
- Monitor showroom stock levels, product availability and inventory accuracy.
- Ensure daily sales proceeds are deposited into the company-prescribed bank accounts on time.
- Monitor daily cash sales, bank deposits and related financial documentation.
- Ensure proper stock reconciliation and minimise inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure effective manpower deployment and optimum utilisation across showrooms.
- Develop employee competencies through coaching, training and performance monitoring.
- Monitor individual employee performance and ensure accountability for sales targets.
- Conduct regular showroom visits to monitor sales, stock, cash management and operational compliance.
- Prepare and submit daily and monthly showroom-wise sales, stock and deposit reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs and retail operational procedures.
- Take corrective actions to improve showroom sales performance and operational efficiency.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
- Team Supervision: Responsible for supervising Showroom Managers, Assistant Showroom Managers, Sales Executives, Cashiers and other assigned retail showroom personnel within the designated zone.
- Functional Coordination: Coordinate with Finance & Accounts, Human Resources, PIC, Marketing, Supply Chain and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth retail operations.
- Area of Responsibility: Overall responsibility for monthly showroom sales target achievement, stock monitoring, daily sales cash deposits into prescribed bank accounts, manpower deployment, competency development and operational compliance across all assigned showrooms within the zone.
Requirements
- Age 30 to 38 years
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Sales achievement, collection achievement, overdue reduction, dealer development, market expansion, team productivity and policy compliance.
Educational Requirement
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Marketing
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Experience
- 8 to 14 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances
