- Deliver engaging, practical classes in the subject area assigned to you
- Prepare lesson plans, course materials, and hands-on projects
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Keep training records and report to the management as required
Requirements
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in your subject area
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain concepts clearly to beginners
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for teaching
- Prior teaching or training experience is preferred
- Availability to work 6 days a week
