• The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, managing, promoting, and selling attractive tour packages while ensuring smooth tour operations and excellent customer satisfaction.
• In this role, you will communicate with clients to understand their travel requirements, prepare customized tour packages, coordinate with hotels, transport providers, tour guides, and other vendors, and ensure that every trip is delivered smoothly from booking to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop domestic and international tour packages.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable destinations, itineraries, hotels, transportation, and activities.
• Prepare customized quotations and tour itineraries based on client requirements and budget.
• Handle tour package inquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, social media, and other communication channels.
• Follow up with prospective clients and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, local operators, and other travel partners.
• Manage tour bookings, reservations, confirmations, vouchers, and related documents.
• Ensure all tour arrangements are completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor tour operations and resolve operational issues quickly when required.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and business partners.
• Coordinate with the sales, visa, ticketing, accounts, and operations teams.
• Maintain accurate customer and booking records.
• Ensure excellent customer service before, during, and after the tour.
• Assist in developing new tour products and competitive travel packages.
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

• 5–8 years of experience in travel package consultancy
• Strong knowledge of tour planning & destination management
• Excellent communication & client handling skills
• Skilled in customized package creation & sales
• Strong negotiation ability with vendors
• Proficient in MS Office & travel tools
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Experience in outbound tour operations.
• Knowledge of B2B and B2C travel business.
• Experience handling customized and group tours.
• Knowledge of visa, air ticketing, hotel booking, and transportation coordination.
• Strong sales and client-conversion skills.
• Good knowledge of destinations in Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and other major tourist markets.

• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism/Hospitality or related field

• 5 to 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tour Operator
