Job Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Provide specimen copy to colleges and teachers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Develop long-term relationships with schools, colleges, universities, and government agencies.
- Identify new sales opportunities with bookstores, educational institutions, and libraries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with teachers and existing client.
- Promote and sell the company’s publications in the assigned area.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences.
- Gather feedback from the market to help improve product offerings and marketing strategies.
- Ensure effective distribution and availability of books across retail outlets.
- Coordinate with libraries and our sales center to manage inventory levels and order fulfillments.
- Plan and execute promotional activities.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for the implementation of campaigns and promotional materials.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, collections, and client interactions.
- Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales update and forecasts to the Regional Sales Manager.
- Coordinate with the editorial, marketing, and logistics teams for smooth order processing and campaign execution.
- Provide insights and feedback to support product development and new publication planning.

Educational Requirement
- Bachelor/Honors
Experience
- At least 1 year
