Job Responsibilities
Team: Holidays TeamWhat you will do
- Lead the holidays team and drive its sales targets
- Design, cost and price inbound and outbound holiday packages
- Work with hotels, DMCs, airlines and local partners
- Handle key customers and resolve escalations
- Train team members and review their performance
Requirements
- 4 to 5 years of experience in holiday packages or tour operations
- At least 1 to 2 years leading a team
- Strong knowledge of popular destinations, visa rules and package costing
- Excellent communication in Bangla and English
Educational Requirement
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience
- 4 to 5 years
