Job Responsibilities
- Assist with daily procurement, purchasing, and supply chain activities.
- Communicate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and maintain purchase orders, invoices, and related documents.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and material availability.
- Collect quotations and compare prices from suppliers.
- Coordinate with warehouse, accounts, and other departments.
- Maintain accurate purchase, stock, and delivery records.
- Follow up on pending orders and delivery schedules.
- Assist with stock counting, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Support cost control and ensure smooth supply chain operations.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
