Job Responsibilities
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor CCTV cameras and critical hospital areas continuously to ensure patient, staff, visitor, and property safety.
- Identify and promptly report suspicious, abnormal, unauthorized, or emergency activities to the concerned authority.
- Monitor hospital entrances, restricted areas, parking and vehicle movement, and maintain proper incident/observation logs. Ensure proper functioning of CCTV systems and maintain the confidentiality and security of recorded footage.
- Supervise CCTV Operators, ensure proper shift coverage, handover, reporting, and effective coordination with the Security/Duty Manager.
Requirements
- For Operator: Minimum 03 years of experience in relevant field.
- For Supervisor: Minimum 07 of years of experience in relevant field.
- Experience of working in a corporate hospital would be an addition advantage.
Educational Requirement
Minimum Graduation in any discipline from any reputed institution.
Experience
- 3 to 7 years
