The school`s Lalmatia Branch serves as its Main Branch and we have recently opened a new branch in Banasree, Dhaka, to extend our commitment to quality international education.(English, Math, Science, Bangla, Al-Quran, Arabic language & Islamic studies, Home Room Teacher, Sports etc.)Reporting to: Coordinator/Head of Department/Section Head/Vice Principal/PrincipalDuties and Responsibilities of a Subject Teacher:

• Prepare and deliver lessons to students in the assigned subject area.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and learning objectives.
• Assess student learning through various forms of assessment, such as tests, quizzes, projects, and presentations.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on their work to support their academic growth.
• Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Manage classroom behavior and create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to align curriculum and instructional strategies.
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress and concerns.
• Utilize educational technology and online resources to enhance instruction and student engagement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest educational research and best practices in the subject area.
• Participate in professional development activities and workshops to improve teaching skills and knowledge.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and academic progress.
• Provide additional support or remediation to students who require extra assistance.

Key Qualifications:

• A Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching, preferably in an English Medium Islamic School.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Experience in teaching at the relevant grade level or subject area.
• Knowledge of curriculum standards and educational best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Proficiency in using educational technology and online learning platforms.
• Ability to work in a collaborative academic environment.

• Bachelor of Education (B.Ed)
• Master of Education (M.Ed)

• Bachelor`s degree in Education or a relevant subject area.
• Master`s degree is preferred.
• Candidates with professional teaching qualification (i.e. B.Ed/ Cambridge Celta/ Cambridge Delta/ Cambridge CDiTL/CCiTL/ TKT/iPLS CPD Courses/Cambridge certificate courses/ British Council certificate courses) will be preferred.
