Job Responsibilities
- South Korea University application & Visa Processing
- Manage visa applications from submission to approval independently (application preparation, documentation, interview guidance, and submission).
- Follow up regularly with ongoing student applications and maintain proper communication with students and partner institutions.
- Assist students in understanding admission procedures, financial requirements, and interview preparation.
- Minimum 1/2 years of hands-on experience as a student visa application officer in a study abroad consultancy office, with expertise in processing applications for South Korea
- Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure student conversion
- Assess students' academic backgrounds, English language proficiency, financial capacity, and career objectives.
- Participate in seminars, workshops, and promotional events
