We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and result-oriented professional to join our expanding Sales & Marketing team.Job DetailsPosition: Sr. Executive - Sales & MarketingDepartment: Sales & MarketingWorking Location: Field-based / Corporate OfficeKey Responsibilities
- Acquire in-depth product knowledge as instructed by the team lead.
- Accumulate an effective client list based on our products and services.
- Analyze the market based on our products and services to identify clients who genuinely need our solutions.
- Analyze competitors, their products, services, and market track records.
- Create diversified plans to build efficient customer relationships and establish trust based on our product and service track record.
- Generate proper leads while effectively competing with market rivals.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by the management.
- Provide technical support and product consultations to clients by leveraging engineering knowledge.
- Maintain professional relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and market analysis updates for management.
Requirements
- Proven 3 to 5 years of professional experience in Chemical Flooring & Waterproofing Sales & Marketing from any reputed company.
- Must possess bike-riding skills and a valid driving license.
- Highly target-oriented mindset is a must.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong professional reporting ability.
- Mental resilience and readiness for door-to-door marketing especially commercial and industrial zone.
- A positive, proactive, and "can-do" attitude.
- Willingness to commit and stay with the company for at least 2 years.
Educational Requirement
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
- B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from any reputed university.
- (BUET/KUET/RUET/CUET/AUST/UAP/AIUB/SUST/NU will get preferences).
Experience
- 3 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Technology (AdTech) Startup
