Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site surveys, assess technical feasibility and understand customer requirements.
- Design on-grid, hybrid and off-grid solar PV systems.
- Prepare system layouts, SLDs, BOQs, cost estimates and commercial quotations.
- Coordinate with suppliers for product selection, pricing, availability and procurement.
- Communicate with customers and provide technical recommendations.
- Supervise installation teams, testing, commissioning and project handover.
- Troubleshoot technical and site-related issues.
- Take end-to-end responsibility for assigned projects, from site survey to commissioning.
Requirements
- Age 25 to 45 years
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in solar PV and renewable energy projects.
- Practical knowledge of on-grid, hybrid and off-grid solar systems.
- Experience in solar system design, BOQ preparation, costing and project execution.
- Familiarity with PVsyst, AutoCAD or relevant solar design software.
- Good technical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate with customers, suppliers and installation teams.
- Willingness to travel for site visits throughout Bangladesh.
Educational Requirement
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
- Diploma in Engineering

- 2 to 5 years
