Job Responsibilities
- Installation, commissioning, servicing, maintenance and repair of construction machinery.
- Diagnose mechanical and technical problems and perform troubleshooting and corrective maintenance.
- Conduct regular inspection and preventive maintenance of construction equipment.
- Handle machinery breakdowns and provide timely technical solutions at customer/project sites.
- Prepare service reports, maintenance records and technical reports.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers and the company’s technical team regarding machinery-related issues.
- Provide technical guidance and training to local technicians/operators on proper operation, maintenance and safety procedures.
- Support spare-parts identification and technical requirements related to machinery servicing.
Requirements
- Age 25 to 40 years
- Only Male
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in construction machinery servicing, maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulic systems, Auto Electrician, machinery troubleshooting.
- Ability to work at different project & customer sites in Bangladesh.
- Experience working with foreign / Japanese management will be an advantage.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to train and supervise local technical personnel.
Educational Requirement
- Bachelor/Honors
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or a relevant technical field from a recognized institution
