Job Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the Software Development Team across frontend and backend development, providing technical guidance and support.
- Participate in client meetings with the Company Representative to understand business, functional, technical requirements, workflows, and project scope.
- Analyze requirements and prepare project plans by defining modules, features, development tasks, technical approach, and implementation priorities.
- Estimate required development effort, development hours/man-days, number and type of developers, technical resources, and realistic project timelines for Management’s costing and pricing decisions.
- Translate client requirements and approved UI/UX designs into clear technical specifications, development tasks, and implementation plans.
- Monitor development progress, resolve technical blockers, review source code, and ensure compliance with development, security, and coding standards.
- Remain hands-on with development when required and review application architecture, APIs, databases, integrations, and key technical decisions.
- Conduct technical reviews, functional testing, and requirement validation to ensure the final product meets approved requirements, scope, and UI/UX designs.
- Identify and report the impact of scope changes, technical risks, additional requirements, development effort, resources, and timeline to Management.
- Complete the final technical review, ensure project readiness for delivery, protect company/client source code and confidential information, and hand over completed projects to the General Manager/COO/CEO for client delivery.
Requirements
Required Technical Skills:
- React.js / Next.js
- TypeScript & JavaScript (ES6+)
- Node.js (NestJS / Express.js)
- PostgreSQL
- Hono / Elysia.js
- HTML5, CSS3 & Tailwind CSS
- REST API / GraphQL
- Git & GitHub
- Database design and query optimization /Drizzle and Prisma ORM
- Software architecture and design principles
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- CI/CD, Docker
- 3–5 years of professional software development experience
- Strong hands-on Full Stack Development experience
- Previous experience taking technical ownership of projects or guiding a development team
- Strong experience with frontend and backend development
- Ability to coordinate effectively with Software Engineers and UI/UX Designers
- Experience with code review and maintaining development standards
- Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Strong ownership, accountability, and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently and make sound technical decisions
- Good understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum practices
- Good command of both Bangla and English

Educational Requirement
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE)
- Professional certifications or relevant technical training in Agile/Scrum, Software Architecture, Cloud Computing, DevOps, or Cybersecurity will be considered an advantage but are not mandatory.
