Job Responsibilities
- Monitor daily spinning production activities to achieve production targets.
- Ensure production quality according to approved yarn specifications.
- Monitor machine performance, production efficiency, and downtime.
- Identify and report production problems, yarn quality defects, and machine-related issues.
- Coordinate with Quality Control, Maintenance, Planning, and other relevant departments.
- Monitor raw material consumption, waste generation, and production losses.
- Maintain daily production reports, machine records, and shift handover reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety standards, and housekeeping requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce waste.
- Supervise and coordinate with operators and workers as assigned.
- Any others task assign by Management.
Requirements
- Age 22 to 40 years
- Only Male
- Knowledge of the cotton, Synthetic, Blends spinning process, from blow room to winding.
- Understanding of carding, drawing, simplex/roving, ring frame, and winding operations.
- Knowledge of yarn quality parameters, including count, strength, evenness, imperfections, and hairiness.
- Ability to identify production problems and support corrective actions.
- Knowledge of production planning, waste control, and machine efficiency.
- Good control over labour management.
Educational Requirement
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
Experience
- 10 to 15 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Spinning, Dyeing Factory
