Job Responsibilities
Skyzio Ltd is a new travel company in Dhaka offering Hajj, Umrah, medical tourism, business travel, tours and air tickets. We are looking for an experienced ticketing professional who can also handle visas for our medical, business and leisure travellers.Responsibilities
- Search fares, reserve and issue air tickets through GDS and airline portals; handle reissues, refunds, voids and date changes
- Book group seats for Umrah departures with the Hajj & Umrah team
- Work with consolidators and airlines until SkyZio`s IATA accreditation is in place
- Prepare tourist, business, medical, family visit and transit visa files: check documents, fill in forms, book appointments and submit to embassies and visa centres
- Check visa requirements only from official embassy, immigration, airline and visa-centre sources, and never submit false or fabricated documents
- Handle rejected, delayed or extra-document visa cases and advise clients correctly
- Keep passport and client information confidential and secure
- Keep up to date with visa rules for Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, India, the UAE and other common destinations
- Book hotels for business and medical travellers
- Prepare quotes for customers and the sales team, and confirm payments with accounts
- Keep accurate ticket and visa records, prepare daily and monthly reports, and tell passengers about schedule changes
Requirements
- Age 23 to 40 years
- At least 3 years of air ticketing in a travel agency; IATA agency experience preferred
- IATA, airline or GDS ticketing course certificate (required)
- Hands-on Galileo or Sabre; Amadeus is a plus
- At least 1 year of visa processing; medical and business visa experience is a plus
- Good written English for emails and visa forms
- Careful with names, passport numbers and dates
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
