Job Responsibilities
- Counsel students and families on study-abroad options: countries, universities, courses, intakes, tuition fees and scholarships.
- Assess student profiles, academic records and eligibility, and recommend suitable courses and institutions.
- Manage applications from start to enrolment, including offer letters, deposits and CoE/CAS.
- Prepare and review SOPs, CVs, Genuine Student (GS) statements, financial documents and visa files.
- Advise on IELTS/PTE and other English language requirements.
- Identify and support eligible students in applying for scholarships.
- Coordinate with universities, partner institutions and the visa processing team, and track deadlines.
- Follow up on leads and enquiries and keep students updated on their progress.
- Maintain accurate digital records in our CRM and office files.
- Support recruitment campaigns, social media content and events.
Requirements
- Age 25 to 35 years
- Bachelor`s degree in any discipline.
- 2–3 years` experience in international education or student visa consultancy.
- Good working knowledge of admissions and student visa processes for the UK, Australia, Canada, and Europe. Malaysia and South Korea are a plus.
- Strong written and spoken English. IELTS 6.5 or equivalent is preferred.
- Excellent counselling, communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace and CRM or student management systems, with fast and accurate typing.
- Well organised, with careful document handling and the ability to work under deadlines.
- Responsible use of AI tools for research.
Preferred (Not Essential)
- Canva, Photoshop, Filmora/Wondershare or Meta Business Suite for content and lead management.
- Experience with Amadeus or Sabre air ticketing.
