Job Responsibilities
Dhaka Engineering Corporation is looking for a motivated, professional, and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team and develop new business opportunities in the engineering sector. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills, along with a passion for achieving sales targets and business growth.Job Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new corporate, industrial, and potential clients.
- Promote the company's engineering products and services to prospective customers.
- Generate leads and develop new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
- Arrange client meetings and conduct field visits for business development.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate with customers, and follow up to close sales.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets.
- Provide effective client support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of sales activities.
- Maintain customer databases and prepare regular sales reports and updates.
- Travel throughout Dhaka as required for client meetings and business development activities.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in Sales & Marketing is preferred.
- Experience in corporate sales, industrial equipment, engineering products, or technical services will be an advantage.
- Preference will be given to candidates with prior work experience in generator and lift companies.
- Professional attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Excellent client-handling and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willingness to travel for business development activities.
- Candidates with experience in generator, lift, electrical, power, construction, or engineering-related industries will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and client relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and generate sales.
- Strong data analysis, reporting, and market research skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to conduct regular field visits and client meetings.
Educational Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a relevant discipline is preferred.
- Candidates with a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Power, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering will also be considered.
Experience
