Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Handle client queries (air tickets, visas, and Tour Packages) via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person
- Convert inquiries into sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Prepare customized tour itineraries and package plans.
- Digital Marketing & Lead Generation.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Facebook, Google, Email)
- Manage and grow social media presence.
- Generate creative content ideas to promote services.
- Report daily/weekly sales performance.
Requirements
- Age At least 22 years
- Only Female
- Good communication in English (spoken & written)
- Positive attitude, presentable, and target-driven
- Strong sales mindset and customer handling ability
Educational Requirement
- Higher Secondary
- Bachelor/Honors
Experience
- At least 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Immigration/Visa Processing, Tour Operator, Travel Agency
