We are looking for talented, motivated, and experienced professionals to join our dynamic team for this position.Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome and professionally receive clients, visitors, and guests.
- Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department/person.
- Maintain the reception area in a professional and organized manner.
- Manage visitor records and reception-related documentation.
- Receive and distribute letters, documents, and parcels.
- Coordinate appointments and meeting schedules when required.
- Provide basic information about the company and direct visitors accordingly.
- Candidates with good English-speaking skills and a smart, presentable appearance will be given preference
Requirements
- Age At least 26 years
- Only Female
- Experience: 4-5 years of experience as a Receptionist/Front Desk Executive will be preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of Bangla and English.
- Presentable, polite, confident, and customer-friendly personality.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Word and Excel.
