Quality Coordination Officer (GPQ) - Denim Garments

Entrust Group, a 100% export-oriented woven garment manufacturer, is looking for responsible and experienced Quality Coordination Officer (GPQ) to ensure proper coordination of buyer orders from sampling to shipment.Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to buyer orders from sampling to shipment.

• Coordinate with the Planning Department to ensure the timely completion and submission of size sets samples.

• Arrange and coordinate Pre-Production (PP) meetings, maintain meeting records and share important points with the concerned departments.

• Follow up with the concerned departments to ensure that all required raw materials are received on time.

• Follow up to ensure that product quality, buyer requirements, quality standards, parameters and SOPs are properly maintained.

• Ensure timely preparation and submission of lab test samples, TOP/Photo Samples. Collect test reports and buyer comments on TOP samples from the concerned Merchandisers.

• Ensure proper product identification and traceability at every stage of production.

• Check and monitor the uses and maintenance of all required formats and records by the respective departments and sections.

• Ensure compliance with buyer-specific quality standards, product specifications, and approved quality requirements.
• Monitor garment quality throughout the production process, from pre-production to final inspection.
• Review product specifications, measurement charts, workmanship standards, and quality requirements to ensure proper implementation.
• Maintain quality reports, inspection records, defect analysis, and corrective-action documentation
• Ensure timely communication and follow-up on quality concerns to minimize rework, rejection, and customer complaints.

• Maintain regular communication and coordination with the respective buyer`s QC team and ensure timely follow-up on their comments and requirements.

• Coordinate for FRI.

• Age 25 to 32 years
• Only Male

• Must have working experience in Woven Denim Garments.
• Able to Coordinate with buyers during Inspection

• Must have good computer knowledge and be able to work with MS Excel, Word and other office applications.
• Must have good e-mail communication skill.
• Must have good communication and coordination skills.
• Candidates must attend and pass a written examination to qualify for the position.

• Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in any discipline from a recognized university.
• Candidates with a degree in Textile Engineering will be given preference
