Job Responsibilities
- Ensuring doctor visit of specific territory and providing product information to generate prescriptions.
- Communicating patient for counseling and assisting them regarding medicine purchase, dosing schedule & administration and side effect management.
- Visiting medicine shops to collect order of company’s products.
- Monitoring daily prescriptions and sales status and update the higher officials about daily work status.
- Achieving products’ as well as portfolio’s monthly sales target by generating prescriptions.
- Arranging and conducting CME program/ scientific seminars in collaboration with doctors.
- Assisting doctors for their academic and professional need fulfillment.
- Conducting competitive analysis and market research to understand trends, customer needs and competitors’ strategies.
- Collaborating with cross-functional departments (marketing, sales, distribution and medical service) to ensure support for doctor, patient and medicine shops.
Requirements
- Age 25 to 32 years
- Freshers with B.Pharm / M.Pharm are also encouraged to apply
- Strong understanding of pharmaceuticals products and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive with strong sense of responsibility.
Educational Requirement
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm or B.Sc/M.Sc in any subject
Experience
- 1 to 2 years
