Job Responsibilities
Context:TDS Fashion Ltd. is looking for an experienced and skilled Pattern Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in furniture/upholstery pattern making and be capable of developing accurate, production-ready patterns.
Requirements
- Age 30 to 40 years
- Only Male
- 3–10 years of relevant experience.
- Educational requirements may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates.
- Expert in manual pattern drafting, CAD patterns, grading, and precise fabric consumption/marker making.
- Deep technical understanding of knit fabric behavior, including shrinkage, stretchability, rib/lycra recovery, and GSM impact.
- Candidates with experience working with Yours Clothing buyers will be given priority.
- Ability to understand complex buyer technical packs, measurement specs, and comment sheets independently.
- Proven track record in solving fit issues and guiding the sample team for timely sample approval.
- Sewing technical issue solving.
- CAD Software: Expertise in standard CAD software Optitex.
Educational Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Textile Engineering, Pattern Making, Fashion Design, or a related field.
Experience
- 3 to 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
