Job Responsibilities
Activities, Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervise shift-wise electrical maintenance to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Conduct daily inspection of all panel boards, electrical systems, and equipment in the Sizing & Weaving.
- Perform troubleshooting and corrective maintenance to minimize machine downtime.
- Monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Ensure electrical safety compliance and proper use of PPE.
- Ensure proper operation of motors, drives, breakers and control panels.
- Maintain records of electrical maintenance, inspections, and equipment performance.
Requirements
- Experience: At least 3-5 years of Sizing & Weaving experience (Airjet & Tsudokuma) will be preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge of textile , especially in towel manufacturing (Loom/Weaving)
- Experience in using ERP systems will get preference.
- Key Skills: Electrical troubleshooting, motors and drives, control panels, preventive maintenance, MS Office, and email communication.
Educational Requirement
- Diploma in Electrical
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
Experience
- 3 to 5 years
