Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve the company`s monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
- Lead, supervise, motivate, and monitor the performance of the Sales & Marketing team to ensure maximum productivity.
- Set individual and team sales targets, monitor progress, and ensure timely achievement of assigned goals.
- Identify new business opportunities, potential customers, investors, and corporate clients to expand the company`s market presence.
- Generate quality leads through direct marketing, digital marketing, networking, referrals, and other promotional activities.
- Oversee marketing campaigns, branding, promotional activities, social media marketing, and other advertising initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, investors, brokers, and business partners.
- Conduct client meetings, project presentations, property visits, and negotiations to successfully close sales.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer preferences, and pricing strategies to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure proper client follow-up, lead management, booking procedures, sales documentation, and after-sales service.
- Coordinate with the Accounts, Legal, Customer Service, and Project teams to ensure smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, marketing performance reports, revenue forecasts, and business development plans to management.
- Ensure professional conduct, effective teamwork, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.

- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Experience
- 5 to 10 years
