Key Responsibilities
For Medical Center Marketing
- Drive patient acquisition and marketing initiatives.
- Communicate directly with patients to provide exceptional customer care and support.
- Handle administrative and presentation tasks using MS Office, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
For Travel Agency Operations
- Source and identify potential customers for tour and travel services.
- Process and manage customer tour packages efficiently.
- Deliver high-quality customer care and support services.
