Job ContextWe are a leading company in the textile chemical sector, seeking dynamic, energetic, and target-oriented individuals to join our marketing team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for promoting and selling textile chemicals to garment and textile factories, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.Workplace: Work at office / Field visitsJob Responsibilities
- Promote and sell textile chemicals to garment, textile, and dyeing factories.
- Visit factory premises and production floors to understand client requirements and provide technical product support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets as set by management.
- Coordinate with technical teams to resolve product-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports, market updates, and competitor activity reports.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for potential clients.
- Collect market intelligence regarding pricing, new products, and industry trends.
Requirements
- Age 25 to 35 years
- 1 to 2 years of experience in marketing/sales in the textile chemical sector.
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply (candidates with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn will be trained).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively to factory areas (Savar, Gazipur, Narayanganj, etc.).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Must have a positive attitude and a strong drive for success.
Educational Requirement
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering, Applied Chemistry, Chemistry
- B.Sc. in Textile Engineering / Applied Chemistry / Chemistry is highly preferred.
- Graduates in any discipline (BBA/Marketing) with relevant textile chemical marketing experience are also encouraged to apply.
