Position Overview

At present, we are on the hunt for an aggressive, outcome-oriented and commercially-minded individual who can form an integral part of our management team as Manager / Senior Executive – Marketing & Business Development. The position entails acquiring new accounts, devising marketing strategies, building corporate relationships and increasing sales across our marketing, sports and event business lines.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development and Acquisition of Strategic Clients-        Explore and nurture new business prospects within the realms of corporate brands, institutions, and industries.-        Make contact with clients, present proposals, and contract on multi-media campaigns.-        Maintain good long-lasting relationships with clients and their key personnel.Strategy & Pitching-        Work together with your creative, production, and event strategy teams in developing compelling pitches, activation plans, and strategic communications ideas.-        Have a clear understanding of the client’s brief and be able to take a brand strategy and convert it into experiential marketing/sports/PR/digital strategies.Campaign & Account Management-        Manage the most important client accounts, from pitching and winning to execution stage, making sure that the service quality is consistent with the level of excellence of Ardent MCL.-        Work as a primary interface between corporate clients and internal execution teams (events, creative, production, media buy).Market Research & Growth Planning-        Study the market trends and growth opportunities in experiential activations, digital integrated media, and sports marketing.-        Create quarterly revenue plans and proposal pipelines.-        Identify forthcoming events, exhibitions, trade fairs, branding campaigns and advertising opportunities.

Experience & Requirements·  4–6 years of proven track record in marketing, pitch development & presentation, and agency business acquisition.·  Prior agency experience in event management, activation, sports marketing, or 360-degree brand communication is strongly preferred.·  Deep understanding of brand strategy, event activation mechanics, and media channels.·  Excellent Bangla and English communication; proficiency in MS Office and PowerPoint.
