Job Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities in the assigned market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Promote Dalgakiran air compressors and related industrial equipment to potential clients.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in line with company objectives.
- Visit customers, understand their technical requirements, and recommend suitable solutions.
- Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and commercial offers, and negotiate with customers.
- Coordinate with technical and service teams to ensure effective customer support.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitors to identify new business opportunities.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, orders, and payments to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, customer records, and pipeline updates.
- Develop new customer segments and expand the company's market presence across Bangladesh.
- Support customer satisfaction and long-term business growth through professional after-sales coordination.

- Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
Experience
- 3 to 7 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Indenting, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.), Motor Workshop
