Job Responsibilities
- Operating the lift: Ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the lift and Conduct lift operation smoothly on different situation. Provide instant service on difficult moment when lift related operation arises.
- Maintaining the lift: Ensuring the lift is properly maintained and in good working order.
- Loading and unloading: Providing safe and efficient loading, transporting, and unloading of all guests on lifts
- Maintaining cleanliness: Keep clean inside of the lift including surface and daily check the emergency bell.
- Answering inquiries: Responding to customer inquiries and complaints
- Providing assistance: Providing physical assistance to guests as required and Supplies information to visitors such as location of offices and individuals.
- Providing customer service: Providing excellent customer service and creating positive memories for guests
- Other duties: Any other duties as directed by the management from time to time.
Requirements
- Age 25 to 35 years
Educational Requirement
- HSC
- SSC
Experience
- At least 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies
