Job Responsibilities
Subjects: Chemistry & English.We are looking for dedicated lecturers in the Chemistry and English departments of Kaniz Fatema Girls School & College. Ideal candidates should have strong subject knowledge, a passion for teaching, and a commitment to a positive learning environment.Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Key Responsibilities:Teaching & Curriculum Development:
- Develop and deliver engaging lessons in Chemistry & English that meet curriculum standards.
- Create lesson plans to accommodate diverse learning styles.
- Update instructional materials to enhance learning.
- Assess & evaluate student progress, offering constructive feedback for academic and personal growth.
- Create and uphold a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment. Encourage active student participation and effectively address challenges to learning.
Requirements
- Strong subject knowledge in English or Chemistry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand and address students’ learning needs.
- Familiarity with modern teaching methods and techniques.
