Job Responsibilities
- Have a basic understanding of different social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and others.
- Assist in managing and maintaining social media platforms for different clients.
- Perform regular social media posting and other assigned activities.
- Learn and understand different social media platforms, their features, and functionalities.
- Assist in providing social media-related suggestions and support according to clients' requirements.
- Follow instructions and guidelines provided by the senior team members.
- Learn new social media marketing techniques and strategies through company-provided training.
- Perform other social media-related tasks assigned by the management.
Requirements
- Age 18 to 30 years
- Prior Customer Service Experience is additional advantage.
- Fluent in Bangla; working knowledge of English
- Females are encouraged to apply, males are also welcome.
- No prior work experience is required.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with previous experience in social media handling, digital marketing, or related fields will receive preference.
- Basic knowledge of different social media platforms and their uses.
- Basic computer knowledge, particularly MS Office.
- Good internet browsing skills.
- Familiarity with social media posting and browsing.
- Interest in learning social media marketing and digital marketing.
- Good communication skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- The company will provide necessary training regarding social media management and related activities.
- Selected candidates will have the opportunity to learn about handling different clients' social media platforms.
- Candidates will receive guidance from experienced team members to develop their skills.
