Job Responsibilities
- Supervise residential and commercial interior projects, ensuring quality and timely completion.
- Review working drawings, take site measurements, and prepare AutoCAD drawings as required.
- Prepare BOQs, quotations, and project cost estimates.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and project team members.
- Monitor materials, workmanship, site progress, and project costs.
- Explore new interior materials and recommend practical, cost-effective solutions.
Requirements
- Only Male
- 2–3 years of relevant work experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of interior materials, finishing works, and site execution.
- Responsible, proactive, and capable of working under pressure and meeting project deadlines.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and good communication skills.
Educational Requirement
- Diploma in Civil
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
Experience
- 2 to 3 years
