Job Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities
- Must have experienced on repair & maintenance of garment machinery like: Kansai machine/Feed of the arm machine/Button hole machine/Plane machine/ Chain stitch machine/Two needle machine /Fusing Machine /Button Feeder Machine.
- Ensure all Machines are always operational & machine down time is minimum.
- Knowledge of Folder, Guides & adjustment of all Sewing Attachment is imperative.
- Always work with Machine Maintenance Software.
- Develop and implement an effective Machine maintenance policy.
- Perform daily and preventive Machine maintenance activities.
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate the Machine maintenance team.
- Manage procurement, requisition, purchase, storage and documentation efficiently.
Requirements
- Ability to work under pressure with a self-motivated attitude.
- Physical fitness is essential.
- Minimum 10 years in full time in 100% Export Oriented Garment (Shirt/Pant) Industry.
Educational Requirement
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience
- At least 10 years
