Job Responsibilities
Zurich Bangla is a leading premium membership service provider offering the "Prime Access Membership" program across Bangladesh. We provide exclusive discounts and priority services at partner pharmacies, hospitals, diagnostic centers, grocery stores, and shopping malls. We are looking for energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented individuals to join our Offline Sales & Marketing team as Executive Sales & Marketing (ESM).
- Generate new sales leads for the Prime Access Membership card through field visits, referrals, and networking.
- Visit potential clients, corporate offices, pharmacies, hospitals, diagnostic centers, and shopping malls to promote the membership program.
- Present the benefits of the Prime Access Membership to potential customers and convert them into subscribers.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with corporate clients and partner outlets.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Collect market feedback, track activities, and report to management.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports for the reporting manager.
Requirements
- Age At least 25 years
- Only Male
- Must have a personal motorcycle for field visits (Mandatory).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
Educational Requirement
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s in any discipline.
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or MBA in Marketing will get preference.
Experience
- 1 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Healthcare Startup, Manufacturing (FMCG), Retail Store
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
