About the Company
- GLOBAL HEAVENS MB (PVT) LTD. is looking for a proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented professional for the position of CRO (Monitoring). The selected candidate will monitor customer relationship activities, maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and ensure effective follow-up on customer-related operations.
- Monitor daily customer relationship and service activities.
- Maintain accurate and updated customer records in the CRM system or database.
- Track customer inquiries, complaints, requests, and resolution status.
- Monitor customer follow-up activities and ensure timely responses.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring reports.
- Monitor team performance and identify operational gaps.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer issues.
- Ensure proper documentation and data accuracy.
- Provide reports and operational insights to management.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
- Need to communicate with minimum 40 customers.
Requirements
Experience Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, CRO, CRM, monitoring, reporting, or a related field.
- Candidates must have good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience with CRM software, customer databases, or reporting tools will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office applications.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and prepare reports.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional attitude and willingness to learn.
- Marital Status: Married
- Height : 5 Feet 2 or 3
Educational Requirement
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a relevant discipline.
- Relevant training in customer relationship management or reporting will be an advantage.
