Job Responsibilities

Identify and contact flat owners interested in selling their previously owned residential flats in Dhaka.
Source resale properties and collect accurate information about location, size, floor, price and other relevant features.
Generate potential buyer leads through telephone calls, direct marketing, referrals, social media and property portals.
Build and maintain professional relationships with property owners, prospective buyers and real estate agents.
Communicate with prospective clients to understand their requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Arrange and coordinate property visits for prospective buyers.
Follow up regularly with property owners and prospective buyers to facilitate successful transactions.
Assist in price negotiations between buyers and sellers.
Maintain an updated database of available properties, client information, sales leads and follow-up activities.
Support the Manager – Sales & Marketing in implementing sales strategies and achieving business targets.
Monitor local property prices, customer demand and market trends.
Coordinate with relevant teams to collect property documents for preliminary review and facilitate transaction processing.
Prepare regular reports on property acquisition, client meetings, site visits and sales progress.

Requirements

Age At most 35 years

Educational Requirement

Bachelor/Honors

Experience

1 to 3 years
