Job Responsibilities
- Work MIS and Software development team for implementation and daily issues.
- Oversee ERP and Production Tracking software operations, including troubleshooting, updates, patches, and new implementations.
- Optimize and upgrade Power BI reports on existing and new requirements.
- Analyze Oracle database structures, write SQL queries, and optimize query performance.
- Collaborate with management to prioritize business and information needs.
- Maintain ERP documentation (reports, user manuals, FAQs, BRD, SRS).
- Manage end-to-end software development processes, including planning, execution, and closure.
- Conduct regular discussions with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues, optimize workflows, and address requirements.
- Provide weekly and monthly project updates to management, highlighting status, risks, and action plans.
- Conduct ERP training sessions for new and existing employees.
- Gather user feedback to improve ERP usability and guide to make workflow and tutorials for common ERP tasks.
- Perform routine system audits (daily, weekly, monthly) to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Ensure ERP compliance with regulations, industry standards, data security, and privacy policies.
- Analyze data to provide actionable insights for organizational planning and operations.
Requirements
- Age At most 35 years
- Experience with Garments ERP and manufacturing processes.
- Strong proficiency in Oracle SQL queries.
- Solid knowledge of Linux Operating System.
- Familiarity with Power BI or other data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of Oracle APEX or similar software development tools (preferred).
- Proficiency in Python or Java (a plus).
- Experience with AI implementation (a strong advantage).
- Certification in Artificial Intelligence.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills (fluent English, ability to present and explain technical concepts clearly).
- Customer service mindset (patience, responsiveness to end-users).
- Ability to map business processes to ERP functionalities.
- Understanding of data security, compliance, and audit requirements.
Educational Requirement
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
Experience
- 5 to 7 years
