- In charge is responsible for overseeing day-to-day lab operations, manage lab personnel, equipment, and supplies
- He/she will ensure Product Quality as per Customer Requirements.
- He/she will ensure sample processing, quality control, and data analysis.
- Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory.
- Ensure timely delivery laboratory results.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
- Collaborate other departments and stakeholders to ensure effective laboratory
- Responding to customer inquiries, concerns, and issues related to technical problems with products and services.
- Providing product and service training to customer requirements.
- Staying up-to-date with product and service updates and changes to provide accurate and relevant technical support to customers.

- Age At most 30 years
- Skills Required: Ability to communicate effectively, Ability to manage a team, Ability to work under pressure.
