Job Responsibilities
- Monitor fire safety systems, respond promptly to alarms, coordinate with emergency services, conduct system tests, and ensure the facility’s compliance with fire safety regulations.
- Perform both technical tasks, such as maintenance and troubleshooting, and operational tasks, including emergency response and reporting.
- Carry out scheduled inspections of the control room and BMS-connected equipment to identify any malfunctions or abnormalities.
- Report and coordinate repair and maintenance activities as required to ensure the proper functioning of all systems.
- Strictly adhere to control room norms, work practices, protocols, and maintain the confidentiality of recorded footage and related data.
- Perform recording, visual inspection, and personnel tracking solely for operational purposes.
- Configure surveillance modules for object detection, attribute recognition, or facial analysis reporting.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on safety-related issues.
- Continuously monitor CCTV cameras and respond immediately to any emergency or abnormal situation
Requirements
- Age 28 to 35 years
- Only Male
- Proven experience in emergency dispatching, fire control room operations, or other relevant fields
- Strong knowledge of fire detection, protection, and control systems with emergency response procedure.
- Practical experience in operating network surveillance systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and managing camera control interfaces and related equipment.
- Proficiency in handling LAN, WAN and other network connectivity equipment.
- Experience in the maintenance & installation of fire protection and detection system in accordance with NFPA & BNBC Standards.
- Ability to maintain and troubleshoot CCTV, IP Camera, and NVR System effectively.
- Willingness to work in Shift
Educational Requirement
- Diploma in Electrical
Experience
- 3 to 5 years
